Final major - Summerbelle

So, after the excitement of selling at Indigo I have started to do some initial sketches for my final major project, which i have titled 'Summerbelle' meaning summer beauty.

I want to reflect my own admiration for a good old british summer holiday, influenced from growing up by the countryside and the faint scent of summer flora in the air.

Indigo

I was lucky enough to sell two of my Lovely Day prints to an Italian Company at a recent trade show, Indigo. My first pieces of work to have sold there so I am very happy!

My prints for Indigo from the Lovely Day Collection.

The Lovely Day Collection

The Lovely Day Collection was influenced by the areas where I have grown up, surrounded by the beautiful British Countryside. I wanted to create wallpaper lengths and interior furnishings that reflected not only my passion for the British Countryside but also the introduction of gardens within the Industrial Revolution in Victorian Britain.
